Gostatus is provided strictly as a local device file organizer and media utility for personal use. Users may view, organize, and save status photos and videos watched on supported social platforms directly into their phone's native storage (`DCIM/SaveStatus`).

Users maintain full ownership and sole legal responsibility for all content saved or shared using Gostatus. You agree:

• To obtain proper copyright permission before reposting or redistributing media owned by third parties.
• Not to use Gostatus for unauthorized commercial distribution or illegal copyright infringement.
• To comply with the terms of service of third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Snapchat.

3. Trademark & Brand Ownership Disclaimer

All product names, logos, trademarks, and registered brand names mentioned in the Gostatus application or website (including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Snapchat) are property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by these brand owners.

4. Disclaimer of Liability & Warranties

Gostatus is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Gree Web Solutions explicitly disclaims all liability for any data loss, device incompatibility, or third-party platform terms violations resulting from end-user actions.

5. Modifications to Terms

Gree Web Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of Gostatus following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
